Our Fleet
We invest in our fleet to meet the needs of our riders. We offer several different types of vehicles increasing access to mobility services. Our 4-Wheel Drive vehicles can access the toughest of West Virginia road or our Wheelchair Accessible VehiclE service (WAVE) are available for those that need extra assistance.
Linking You to Your Destination Safely
Improving technology and safety is a priority of Link. All vehicles and drivers have in-vehicle cameras to evaluate performance and safety. We were one of the first on-demand transportation companies to invest in this technology, two decades ago.
All of our vehicles are licensed and inspected by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia and we ensure they meet or exceed their standards. The drivers go through criminal background checks, motor vehicle report checks and take a week long safety and orientation class so that they may provide safe and efficient service.
